Fun and challenging with emphasis on the breath and alignment. Expect synchronised movement, breath and music - where the soundtrack will guide and keep you in the rhythm of the practice. Ashtanga/Rocket inspired, focusing on stillness of the mind and yoga beyond the asanas (postures).

Mudras are seals of subtle energy, hand gestures, incorporated into a dynamic yoga flow and used in quiet meditation before or after the flow. They can have a profound effect on the the mind, emotions, and body.
Hot Flow

Hot flow yoga is a flowing sequence of postures designed for conditioning, toning, and focus. This class emphasises the connection of movement with the breath. Sun salutations are practiced between each sequence of postures throughout the entire standing series. Be prepared to sweat, tone your entire body and cleanse your soul. This class will transform you on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually. For experienced students and brave beginners alike.​
